How to get a perfect split .

Split is one of the hardest part in being flexible. But how eventually i got my perfect split? So hari hari kena training. Basically kena discipline la, i train berjam jam , you boleh search dekat youtube warmup for the splits. U kena consistant and always push your limits.
One of the practise that i always do, splits are 180° kan, you put things to tinggikan one of your foots so that your splits will be more than 180°. Once you dah dapat you punya splits, it still hurts, so you need always practise until your muscle became strech enough and comfortable.
Then you can proceed to do your kickings and practicing until you get what you want
