IS ASTHMA CAN BE CURED ?

What is asthma? Asthma is a chronic lung
disease affecting people of all ages. It is caused by inflammation and muscle
tightening around the airways, which makes it harder to breathe. Symptoms can
include coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath and chest tightness. These
symptoms can be mild or severe and can come and go over time.
Asthma is also one of the diseases that
contribute to human death. What is asthma caused by? Different allergens and
irritants can act as triggers for different people, but common asthma triggers
include outdoor allergens, such as pollens from grass, trees and weeds. Indoor
allergens, such as pet dander, dust mites, cockroaches and mold. Irritants in
the air, such as smoke, chemical fumes and strong odors. Each person has a
different way of triggering asthma. Some people drink cold drinks straight away
to get an asthma attack, and some people even changer weather can trigger their
asthma. It depends on their own body.
Asthma cannot be cured. Some children with
asthma will outgrow it by adulthood. But, for many, asthma is a lifelong
condition. It is possible to live a healthy life despite asthma. Anyone who
suffers from asthma will live with it until the end of life. The difference is
whether the asthma attack is severe or not.
So, as a person suffering from asthma, it
is necessary to be aware of the environment, control food intake and much more
to avoid the occurrence of an asthma attack. Asthma sufferers also need to
always carry an inhaler or medicine everywhere in order to avoid the occurrence
of an asthma attack in public places.
