A few place that can be your healing place in KL
by Syazwani Hamizan
Have you ever heard place named Central Market? As a student, sometimes
we need a place to release our stress from studying, right? Central market is
one of my favorite spot and my comfort place whenever I need a place to clear
my mind. The fun thing about going to Central Market is that there is an MRT
station directly to Central Market. Since Central Market is located in the
middle of Kuala Lumpur city, it's a bit difficult to find parking. If any
parking available, the charge for the parking
is kinda pricey. Such as RM 10 per hour or RM 15 per hour. So for those
who want to go there, I encouraged to use the provided LRT.
Every week there will usually be an event
at the Central Market. There is a book event, sold at a cheap price, a thrift
store. Like a Pasar Gadis that sells cute girls' items. And many more. The
Central Market, also famous as a dating place. For couples , they usually go to
this Central Market to do batik painting or face portrait painting activities.
Since at Central Market there are few small shops that provide portrait
painting services.
entral Market is also very close to Petaling Street. Usually whoever goes to Central Market will stop by Petaling Street. Petaling Street is also fun. Petaling Street is a place where goods item sold at cheap prices. Also there is a service for piercing. Anyone who wants to do nose piercing, ear piercing can do it here at a cheap price. Petaling street also has a temporary tattoo shop, for those Muslims who want to have a tattoo they can do it here. It only lasts for 5-7 days. The charge is also very cheap, ranging in price from RM3 to RM10.
Going for a walk is my coping mechanism to
forget the problems I'm facing. Everyone has a different way of coping
mechanism. By walking like this, at least we can give ourselves new experience
and knowledge. Such as learning to use public transportation, learn how to be
independent on unfamiliar places that we go and many other good things. I hope
my sharing on this blog can help people who are looking for healing places in
Kuala Lumpur.
